Without turning off the power switch and cutting off the main power supply, install and disassemble the circuit of the UV flat-panel printer at will. This behavior will damage the service life of each system and endanger the nozzle.
Fill different batches of ink at will, or use ink or cleaning solution of poor quality. The mixing of two different ink configurations will change the ink color and quality. The ink with poor quality will affect the painting effect and block the nozzle. The cleaning solution with poor quality may corrode the nozzle.
Clean the nozzle with a high-pressure air gun. If the nozzle is slightly blocked, it is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner to wash out the dust, and then carefully clean it. Do not use this method.
Soak the whole nozzle in the cleaning solution. The cleaning fluid is corrosive to a certain extent, so generally, only an appropriate amount is taken and introduced into the nozzle for cleaning.
Long time immersion
Leave the cleaning solution in the nozzle for more than 2 days and 2 nights. Long-time immersion in detergent can remove stains more effectively. However, if the time exceeds 48 hours, it will affect the nozzle orifice.
Clean the nozzle
Clean the nozzle with a self-contained quality inspection-free product. The nozzle is very easy to be polluted and wear, so please use the manufacturer’s designated products and quality inspection products to clean the nozzle.
To adjust the nozzle position
Use external force to adjust the nozzle position irregularly. Do not use brute force when replacing or fine-tuning the nozzle. Please treat the nozzle carefully according to the specifications.
Do not protect the circuit board and other internal systems during cleaning. Please turn off the power supply when cleaning, and be careful not to let water touch the circuit board and other internal systems.
Use the ultrasonic cleaner to clean the nozzle for a long time. In fact, if you pay attention to the maintenance of the nozzle at ordinary times, there is no need for ultrasonic cleaning. Ultrasonic waves will cause adverse effects on the nozzle. However, if the blockage is serious and ultrasonic cleaning is required, the maximum cleaning time is 3 minutes. If there is no feeling of cleaning the first time, please wait for the nozzle to cool down naturally to the normal state before the second cleaning.
Do not pay attention to the safety of grounding equipment. The printing of UV flat-panel printers is greatly affected by static electricity, so it is necessary to regularly check the connection of ground wire equipment and regularly sprinkle a little salt water around the ground wire.
